Bukit Batok Nature Park - 3

One evening on entering the Park for my evening jog, this Malayan Colugo glided right in front of me to this tree. It lifted up it's membrane which is used for gliding revealing a brown undercoat. Intrigued I watched what it was up to. Guess what? It actually was getting ready to poop :) There is a family of them residing in the park and its wonderful they are thriving. Instead of Kopi Luwak or civet coffee, an expensive brand of coffee made from coffee beans that were eaten and excreted out from palm civet cats, maybe we can have kopi colugo :)
